please help tanner.. OK, so lately i've been worried about my body..and everyone tells me i am skinny but when i look in the mirror i just don't see it. i know im not fat, but my body is not the way i want it to be. lately i haven't been eating as much as usual and my family has been noticing a difference in my weight and now theyre worried about me. i want to eat normally and lose weight so my family doesnt worry anymore and im happy with my body, but i just dont know what to do. please help tanner...

Well, I know alot about weight loss, cause of wrestling at all, and I've had this same Kind of problem. Don't eat less, Just eat like normal, but healthier foods, you'll be eating as much, just not really fattening food which will help a little bit, but you also Have to be working out or excersizing for all this to work. So..Eat Healthier, only fat foods every once in a while, and get on a workout program. Who cares what your friends think, if its what you want, tell them. As for your family, if your eating like normal, just healthier foods, they shouldn't be worried, just tell them you want to be healthier. Hope I Helped :) Write back for anything else ]
