Okay, well.. I didn't go through that yet. But I have something you could probably need help in. Before school put a pad on. Then sometime in the middle of your school time change it again for a clean one, and then maybe once more before you leave. And when you get home, check if it's clear or not.. if it's not put another pad there.

Well there's nothing you can do to CHANGE your flow. You might find some reassurance in knowing that your period will be irregular for a while, few months maybe even up to two years. You won't have them every SET 30 days, or keep a steady flow; you'll even find that it'll often skip. If it's really THAT heavy, I suggest wearing a pad AND a tampon. Or if that's completely out of the question, wear TWO pads, like lay them out the full extent of the underwear, you see??? I wish I could tell ya something ewlse, but there's really nothing to be done, sorrie =/

I know your pain!
When I was like that, most times I would call it a down day and take the day off of everything.Curl up on the couch and stay close to the bathroom.
Hope this helps.
