You might find some reassurance in knowing that your period will be irregular for a while, few months maybe even up to two years. You won't have them every SET 30 days, or keep a steady flow; you'll even find that it'll often skip. If it's really THAT heavy, I suggest wearing a pad AND a tampon. Or if that's completely out of the question, wear TWO pads, like lay them out the full extent of the underwear, you see??? I wish I could tell ya something ewlse, but there's really nothing to be done, sorrie =/ [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]

When I was like that, most times I would call it a down day and take the day off of everything.Curl up on the couch and stay close to the bathroom.
Hope this helps. [ cujobird's advice column | Ask cujobird A Question ]
