right click on the persons name and scroll down to "Unblock Buddy" try that! hope it helps! rate me

go to preferences, privacy and then there should be a box where you can delete and/or and people to your blocking list

All you have to do is find their name on the offline collum and right click their name and go to the bottum and click unblock. There you go ur buddy is unblocked.
