damaged hair sucks!! help!!

ok, i have major split ends!! if i don't get my hair healthier soon, il have to chop it all off, and i really don't want to! i already have some deep conditioning treatment for it.. it doesn't realy work too well..so is there any other good ways to get my hair healthier?? thanks!

Well, here is a few things you can do:
