Well, I like this guy named Cody... when there is no one around us, he'll start flirting with me and all.. but then when there are people around us, he just talks to me, ignores me or acts like he doesn't wanna be around me. What should I do? Does he like me?

It seems like he likes you - but is too embarressed to show it to other people. Or maybe he's embarressed to be flirting with you in front of other people. My advice would be to go for it. If you like him, don't give up till he says no to going out with you. Talk with him, and start out as friends. Take it easy and once you're realy close friends, make your move.
