i like this boy that already has a girlfriend. We alwayz flirt online,but i don't think he's likes me like that. since ur a boy, how do i no if he really and truly likes me? And if he does should i ask him out?

Well he really won't just come out and say he likes you usually. Some boys do. Usually, boys don't flirt much so if he flirts with you, that's a good sign. You can also try asking one of his friends if he likes you. Sometimes people will hide that they like you if they have a girlfriend or boyfriend. So you really never know. If he says he doesn't, you might still not want to believe him. He could just be saying that. Good luck.
