hmm...this is tough..i dont have any particular ideas at the moment...but just tips......you dont want to take a really long time to come up with this brilliant way of asking her out, cause if she likes you too, then she might get tired of waiting for you to ask her out and she may somewhat....uh..move on....also, just make sure YOU ask her out and not one of your friends, and ask her in person, or you could call her on the phone. If you dont ...it sorta seems that you are afraid...and, if your friend asks her or you ask her over IM it is alot easier to say "no". But sry i cant help you with your other question...if i come up with something then i'll edit!
