I have a question regarding the program, GIMP. I've seen many people who are familiar with the program add a border to their text. How can I do so since I'm new to it and everything seems confusing. Thanks!

I don't have GIMP myself, but I do guarantee you that if you look up "gimp tutorials" on google.com you'll find your answer. I did it myself and here are two tutorial links,. If they don't have what you're looking for you could always search for another site.
