how do you get those headlines...where they sa something but they keep moving paste the page like..idk how to explain but they scroll the page>??

if your talking about having the moving words and big words and stuff like that there is a site called www.pimpwebpage.com if thats not it then go to google and type in pimpwebpage.

It's called a MARQUEE.. code is:
< marquee >YOUR TEXT HERE< / marquee >
just delete the spaces around the word MARQUEE, you see??
