but the thing is hes sooooooooooo shy..he just sits there smiling and making googley eyes lol i know dorky but so cute...so is there a way to make him not so shy or even make him "come out of his shell" because i know hes shy with all GIRLS. He has no problem being one of the guys with my dad but he told my dad that hes shy around girls...so i still dont get what his deal is and the other girl who answered my question said that he prolly doesnt want to get involved with the boss's daughter but my dad aint his boss they just work together and this guy was the one who wanted to exchange aims not my dad. and she also mentioned something about the age difference but this is a peice of conversation my dad's other friend had with the kid "Workingit123(6:15:26 PM): and im 19 shes atleast 16 and im withein 4 yrs so its legal and besides shes cute" just to give you a little idea of what im working with lol any more help appreciated.

Aren't shy guys the cutest! lol, anywho. . . If he's really as shy as you say he is, than i may have some idea's of how to get him to be a bit more outgoing around you.
Make sure to let him know you are comfortable around him. If you act shy around him, he'll act shy around you.
Be a goof! Guys like girls who can always make them laugh outloud.
Don't act like a total bimbo around him. If this guy is really how you make him sound, than he doesn't want a ditz to be hanging around him 24/7. (not saying you are, cause you totally sound like an awesome person:))
And last but not least . . .
Be yourself. Guys don't like the girls who are totally fake (unless they are only in it to get something), it makes them uneasy and confused. Be real simple when talking to him, and try not to be too nervous.
I don't know what else to tell you really. But if this doesn't work, feel totally free to dislike me. lol.
