hwey i am 10 years old and veryy over weight.. how can i sovle this problem i tryed to losse weight but it is not working help me..

you can try working out more eating heathier and diet but dont stop eating! eat but maybe cut down the amount of snacks you have during the day or eat more fruits and vegies and they make 100 calorie cookies which are really good actually and you can have healthier lighter food during the day a good person to talk to is a parent or a nutritionist to help you plan what you can eat or you can go to into a weight loss program
