And nix junk food entiRely!!! Like.. NO chips, NO candy, NO white bRead [substitute it with Rye and whole wheat], NO ice cream, NO cake pRoducts, NO fast food, and NO soda. You'd be soooo suRpRised at how much weight you can shed just with quitting soda ALONE!!! My fRiend quit dRinking soda [she used to consume it ALLLLLLLL the time] and she lost MASSIVE pounds immediately!!! We weRe both shocked to all hell!!! Also, it's best to eat little poRtions many times a day. And weekly, if you follow youR diet PERFECTLY, it's SO SO FINE to endulge in ONE buRgeR oR ice cReam cone, ya know? It's like youR awaRd foR doing so well; it's a Reason to be pRoud of youR accomplishments!!
But weight loss takes time, my fRiend. You just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible.
