nose bleeds
ok so im kinda confused i learned in PE like a long time ago if i have a bloody nose im supposed to hang my head back and the bleeding should stop
now im told not to do that and to lean forward
or to ice it
what do i do? who do i side with

oh definatly tilt your head backwards so you dont lose blood, you can just reuse it, where if you would let it drip out.,.. can we say "goodbye all your blood.. duh
