Maybe give some free advice about: Health? sublime_burritos answered Thursday June 16 2005, 12:44 am: ask your doctor, there's plenty of perscriptions. if your hands are constantly sweaty, to the point where you almost feel like you should (or you actually do) walk around holding tissues all day...then you may have palmar hyperhydrosis. (excessive sweating of the palms). however, if you just have sweaty hands when you're nervous or when you're holding hands with a boy or something, then its just a nervous response. (no matter how comfortable you might be with the guy, just the fact that you like him can cause sweaty palms) for this, all you need to do is descretely fix the problem by rubbing his arm rather than sitting with your hands tightly clasped for an hour creating a pocket of hot air which will only trigger more sweat. maybe if you're nervous you could go to the bathroom and wash your hands, or maybe straighten out your shirt or something to casually uhm...wipe your hands off. sorry i can't offer more specific help but with more information i could help you with your individual needs. hope i helped <3 [ sublime_burritos's advice column | Ask sublime_burritos A Question ]
