hello315 answered Wednesday June 15 2005, 12:17 am: Open up the picture in a program such as Paint, Photoshop, etc.. whatever you use. Then go to Save As, and under the place where u name the file, there should be a place where you can use the arrow to choose the format in which you save the picture. Name the file, then use the arrow, and click JPEG. Then click Save. ..Hope this helped, let me know if it was confusing and I will try to explain it better! AskSpanky answered Tuesday June 14 2005, 11:52 pm: JPEG is a format. You have to have a paint program (MS Paint, even!) like Adobe Photoshop, or Jasc Paintshop Pro. From there you can convert it. [ AskSpanky's advice column | Ask AskSpanky A Question ]
