Hey, it's Mandee. I was looking through my column and I typed a pretty long answer to one of my questions. But when I looked at it there was nothing but the first sentence. So I went to edit answers and everything I typed to her question was on there correctly. To get to the point, I wanted to know why on my column does it only have the first sentence, and how do I fix this? Thank you so much!
Column name is just Mandee if you want to take a look.
advicenator_admin answered Tuesday June 14 2005, 8:47 pm: The most common reason for this is that you're using some weird character that the site doesn't like. I'd be curious to know what that character is, since you're not the only one with that issue, so if you have a specific answer to point me towards that'd help. Until then, make sure you're only using plain letters and spaces and punctuation. [ advicenator_admin's advice column | Ask advicenator_admin A Question ]
Mackenzie answered Tuesday June 14 2005, 2:59 pm: I dunno why it happens. I type long answeRs too, and it happens to me also. You can see all of it if you get to the MAIN page of the question... like.. viewing the question completely off youR column, you see?
*******EDIT*******
Yes, Mandee. And this is because they weRe the ones who ASKED the question, so foR them it can be found in theiR "Your Questions", so they see the entiRe answeR. But foR YOU it shows on youR column, and if YOU wanted to see the entiRe answeR.. find the question on youR col;umn and click the "VIEW" link TWICE! :) [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
