Hey Babe! Hmm, this is pretty tough. Well, since he has a girlfriend i would just wanna be friends with him. But if not i guess it wouldn't matter right now, but it the long run it will. Sooo, I would talk to his girlfriend to and see whats up with the lies?! And then if she told him lies tell him they weren't true. But if she didn't say any lies or anything like to about you have one of your friends see why he hates you. But for the whole him having a girl friend thing..ehh kinda flirt with him a little. but not a lot. Just to kinda let him know. But I don't know what else I can say!!
