If you really want to show someone you love them, dont juist shag them because you can shag anyone and no love them. Instead learn a love song on a guitar or something (typicaly a song she/he likes) and sing and play the guitar (or any other instrument for that metter) to them. Sure, it might be a bit accward, but it does say "I Love You."
