i'm 14 & REALLY LIKE THIS GUY BUT HE'S GOING OUT with someone ...but keeps telling me hes likes me & likewe've kissees before but like her keeps calling me & sayin i wanna kiss you ooo bad... how should i handel all thsi?.....tell me good advice.... cuz your mean to some of the people

Basically, I think that you should just straight out talk to him about it. Just sit him down and say hey, I really need to know where our relationship is going. And if he really like you, he might dump his girlfriend for you. But if he dosen't, then he was just playing you. Also if you kissed him while they were going out, then talk to his girlfriend and tell her what's going on. Trust me, I've had this thing happen to me before. Thanks for asking!
