Sleep deprivation Hi Vassalisa, I'm having trouble sleeping. I just can't seem to drop off, no matter how tired I am. What do you suggest I do to make me sleep better?

Try some warm milk with nutmeg before bed. Also, avoid stress in the hour or so before it's time to fall asleep. Sometimes light exercise in the evening helps. A warm bubble bath always does wonders for me! Make improving your sleep a priority, being well rested makes a huge difference in the rest of your life!
