i've been rated 5 times, and before i was rated 8 times (but those had no comments or anything). yet my advice column still doesn't display my average rating or show the 5 stars. and when i tried to calculate my average rating on advicenators, it said that nobody rated any of my public questions, when in fact i was rated 13 times!! i don't understand, is there something wrong? please fix this, thank you!!

Can you show me a feedback rating that applies to a public question? I looked on your column and didn't find any. If the question went straight to your inbox, by the way, it's not a public question.
