hey...i met this guy n he is amazing i love talkin to him n everything but we're are only friends..he is into my best friend but she has no interest in him at all..this guy wants to be friends with benefits i really don't want to but i want him to notice me...he is awesome n he is friends wit al the popular people like joe moore but he isn't that hott so i just don't understand..what can i do to get him to like me? or at least notice me?

Tell one of his friends that you can trust how you feel about him and the guy that you like might feel the same way, but don't do anything with him that you don't want to do.
That's what I use to do and it works most of the time, you tell a friend of his or even one of your friends how you feel.
