my baby voice...
ok...what is wrong with me? i sound like a baby! my voice is really quiet and i seriously sound like a 4 year old, just with normal pronounceations :/ but yeah...really i do. i really hate it and i guess its always been like this. of course your ears hear different then what your voice actually sounds like..so to me i actually think i sound like im 15. but, at school we did this thing and recorded ourselves and i noticed how much of a baby i sounded like. i also left a message on r answering machine thingy and ohh my! i sound like im 4! im 13 years old and nobody, i mean nobody but 1 person sounds like a baby other than me. all my friends sound their age and some sound older. and all the guys voices have changed and r lower now. i know your probably going to say im just a person who isnt at the same rate as everybody..but i mean this is my voice. i think atleast your voice could have changed already. ugh! will this ever go away? its really embaressing for me now, and i dont talk much because of it. ive totally lost self conciousness or wutever you call it, and even more because i think im a little overweight, so im just OUT of self conciousness. will this dumb baby voice ever go away? err and im short. my mom is short too, and is only about 4 inches taller than me. but, once again all my friends are taller than me. and my friend amber is always bugging me about how short i am. i really havent grown since 5th grade. (im now in the end of 7th) trust me..ive measured, so i havent grown. and i remember in 5th grade when my friend mel and i measured ourselves, and im still the same size. i have grown (as in chubbier) and i have boobs. my sister isnt short though, shes about 5'7 and is 17, but she has been tall since my age and im only between 5 and 5'1. when will i grow?!?!? and what about my voice?! jake was imitating me today..and he was talking in a baby voice. he wasnt really making fun of it, but he was just repeating what i said and talked like me, so it was in a baby voice. i dont care too much about the being short thing, but this voice has got to go! :p thank you! :o)

Learn to LOVE your voice, and speak out against people who make fun of you. If you have a high self esteem people wont make fun of you, but if you talk about how you hate your voice people will make fun of you. Try to walk tall and be loud! usually the pitch of your voice depends on your height, and you have a long life to live to be able to grow!! hoped i helped!

Hey. I know someone who has a younger type of voice. Dont sweat it, most likely when your older your voice will change and you will deffinitly get taller. Your in 7th grade right? I'm guessing ur 13, if u are then your body hasnt fully like grown yet or if your older then dont worry once your 18 your voice will probably change lol. And thats stupid for that kid to make fun of you. Good LUck.
