i really like this girl some time she says i love you and other times she wont how do u get her to love me all the time?

Maybe they are feeling a little unsure about it. She might say i love you one time and than not say it another time becouse maybe her mom or sister or father is in the room.
there is a posibilty that she is affraid of getting hurt again from someone she really loves like she always does. just give her time to talk to her self
Or she is just messing with you but that would be very bitchy and you shouldnt waste you time.
