All right, so far I've been up and down all the time. Not quite bi-polar, but sometimes I just get really sad, as though there's no point in life. So I've been contemplating suicide. What should I do?

Rena-Chan answered Tuesday April 12 2011, 3:36 pm: Coping with depression can be very difficult, especially if you have no one to help/support you or talk to. I suggest focus on what might be causing you to feel this way, and how you would like to change it, or what about your life that brings you down, and focus on how to make it better. I know it always seems hopeless at first, and that you may not feel motivated enough to do it, but in the end, you truly do feel better. Also, think about getting psychiatric help. If you can't afford it, speak with the psychiatrist and explain your financial situations, as most psychiatric help facilities have "sliding" fees. Meaning you only pay a tiny amount while donations pay for the rest.
