Use nice and easy.. its a good product and dont fade real easy either.. well i started at the bottom with lil sections of hair bin all the rest up so it dont mix and mess up.. i dont know if you want thick highlights or thin so pull about the same amount out where ever you decide to highlight and i wouldnt do no more then six lil highlights on each side on the top.. but if your doing thick ones i'd do like four thick ones.. um jus put what you want highlighted in lil rubberbands so it dont mix with your other hair and then look funny.. then mix the product it'll tell you how in the directions.. and when its mixed just rub the hair dye down start from then tip of the roots and work our way down.. and id but a couple highlights in your bangs since they arent real short.. hope it looks nice and good luck.. much luv dez x0x0
