hello, I am not ugly but like I am kinda, I want to do something else like a better look for myself!!

1) i want to convince my mom i need make up 2) I have curly and poofy hair 3) I have olive skin and brown hair brown eyes 4) i have bangs straight across
ok, I want to wear make- up what colors should i use?!?!? also I want a diffferent hair style or i want to do something DIFFERENT ! I ware a uniform all day so.... but like on the weekends. I want guys to look at me and say wow she is hott!! please help i wil rate you a 5 if u give me a good answer xxoxoxox
