I can't seem to reach an orgasm

I'm sixteen years old..and I've had fifteen sexual partners in my life..so I'm not that [tight]...I like to please my guy so I use my index finger, and middle finger to wrap around their 'D' to make it tighter..but I don't reach an orgasum anymore. How can I make myself [tighter] down there? 'cause I've tried many ways of having sex. Thanks..
