So, I got this friend, and he knows another friend who likes me. And i like him too. But He's so SHY! I don't know what to know. I know we've had exams and all, but he seems to be shuttin' me out. What do I do?

Here is my advice
Go ahead and talk to him but don't tell him how you feel about him
Just try to get to know him first and see if he really interesting in you.
If you haven't talk to him much, there is no reason that he is shutting you out. Maybe he is just shy and try to "be cool" in front of girls.
It's not a bad idea to tell him how you feel about him but you have to know how to act and how to move on in ur life if he rejects you.
Don't just sit and wait for him to talk to you because there is not much time in life you can spend on waiting
