Prom Boy Blunder
I REALLY want to ask this guy out for prom, but he's only into pretty, popular girls. What should I do? (and don't say "just give him up." I tried that. I can't.)

This has happened to myself recantly.First off, he may seem to be into the pretty popular girls because those girls could be the ones that give him the most attention or seem the most interesting to him. Guys like a mystery, so dont let yourself hang out in the open. Obviously this guy is really special, or you wouldnt like him. But to figure out why this guy would think you're special you have to figure out why you are special...Guys don't respect girls that dont care about themselves. Give this guy a couple "hints" that you may be interested in him. Flirt a little. Joke around. After about a week you should be able to tell what he thinks by what he does and says. If he's into you...ASK HIM. It is better that you regret what you did that to regret what you didnt do. Give it a try. If it doesn't work
out, that's okay. Everybody has been turned down at least once. No one is great that they can get everyone.
