ok so im like 5'1 114.3 pounds.. yesterday i looked in the mirror and i got so upset...all of the sudden i noticed that i had this pot belly thing. i didnt just notice, everyday i wear tigh tanktops to keep my stomach in but it still bulges...today i didnt eat breakfast and all i had for lunch was not even half a bag of chips.. when i came home i hade 4 oranges, and 2 bowls of mini wheats. ive tried to make myself throw up but it didnt work.
ps. i wanna loose 3-4 pounds before i leave for florida april 17
how did u loose 7 pounds in 3 days.

Sweetie, DO NOT make yourself throw up. It's not good at all and if you get addicted to it and lose weight, you will gain it all back, trust me. If you're so self-conscience about your stomach, then start doing crunches, sit ups, and start running or jogging and that will help get rid of that bulge. If you want to lose weight, then you need to eat. Eating is the most important thing when you are trying to lose weight. If you want to lose 3-4 pounds before April 17th, then go on a low carb diet and just eat salads and anything else that's healthy. That's all you need to do and you'll see results in a few weeks.

If you have a slow metabolism, then you can make it faster by changing the way you eat. Lets say tomorrow you can eat 5 small and healthy meals and the next day, you can eat 3 big and healthy meals. Do this in that pattern until you go on vacation. That will help.

You really don't want to know how I lost 7 pounds in 3 days. I was sick at that time so I barely ate and that made me lose weight. Now I can't even gain weight and I'm more than 20 pounds underweight. I think I'll stop with that because it brings back those horrible memories.
