well think of all the things he likes. and look threw them all and chose the one that would be most effective yet possible. like, for example, i personaly just love spendin time wit my gf. so take him on like a day on the town or at the mall and you two buy stuff for eachother. if theirs sumthin he's always wanted, thats budget, see if you can get it for him. usually if you ask him he might get the idea of you gettin it, but still, its the thought that counts. even tho i like the idea of a day on the town, i think that givin sumthin hes always wanted would show him he cares. hope i helped ya
