What do you do if your so overwieght, your mother homeschools you & you cant go to the gym b/c everyone will make fun of you?

well i would first start working out in the safty of my home and put myself on a healthy diet. Do as my mother says; "Dont eat a humburger w/ 10000 calories, you can eat 10 bannana's and still not equal all those calories." Just eat healthier. And walk. walk a tonn b/c walking helps you! If your afriad to be seen working out, then walk at night, get a membership to a small gym and work out in the afternoon, like around lunch time when everyone else is at work or school! Also, you shouldn't be afarid of working out infront of ppl, yes its scary at first but hey, THEY ARE THERE FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON, to get into shape. So if they do make fun of you, just be like, 'Hey, Dumb butt, you're working out too!!' and then walk away. Dont listen to the idiots that make fun of you.
Also, my mom didn't like being the only one working out and dieting, so our WHOLE FAMILY JOINED IN. so, tell ur family you want to get into shape and u'd feel better if everyone else went along with you. It's less nerve racking, i can promise you that!
And make sure that you dont go crazy and lose so much wieght ur like 10 lbs. its better to be HEALTHY than SKINNY!
