how do you know if a guy likes you or not.. i rly like this guy but he goes to another school.. i always think he does and then i hear he likes someone else?

Most guys are flirty if they don't go to your school, they might mean no harm by it, but they probably do do it, But you gotta understand how some guys think, he could have another girl where he goes to school that doesn't know about you, and you don't know about her, but thats not always the case, If he really likes you he'll make an effort to be with you as much as possible, call you whenever he can, and if you haven't met his friends yet, your probably not the only one hes talking to. But not all guys are all that bad, some of us are alright ;)
