I don't expect an answer, but it would be nice If the melting point of duct tape just happened to be 100.2 degrees farenheit, and a roll of duct tape was living with a banana, and that banana got a pet that, for the first hour of it's life, needed to be in an area at exactly 100.2 degrees, so it turns up the heaty to that much, and the duct tape is sleeping, and he melts. Would be banana be charged with murder?

Umm, wow. I guess I'll answer this but don't expect a correct answer. Well, it's not the "banana's" fault that the "duct tape" fell asleep so I don't thing it would be charged with murder. But then again, it may be charged with murder, since the "duct tape" melted because the temperature was 100.2 degrees.
