okay..The guy that one of my best friend used to like, but likes another guy now, but i'm not sure if she still likes him. But today, he sorta asked me out and i didn't know what to do. Cuz i don't want my friend to hate me for going out with him because she still likes him. Should i tell her and say that he asked me out and how should i do it? I rate: HELP

Okay. You're missing a key part of this. Do you even like him? You never said that you're desperately in love. You gave me this information:
1. Friend used to like Boy.
2. Friend likes Guy now.
3. Boy asked you out.
4. You don't want to disappoint Friend by going out
with Boy, even though she likes Guy.
If you like him, tell Friend that you like Boy and Boy likes you.. likes you enough to go out with. So, tell her that you'll totally say no for her sake, but you REALLY like.. maybe love ..Boy.
If you don't like him, tell Boy no and don't even bother telling Friend unless it comes up.
