well im 5'4 and about 180 pounds... :/ im not huge i juss have big shoulder and legs mostly muscle but i have a big belly.. i been doing 60 crunches and 60 situps every night and i drink nothing but water and eat less than i used to i started this two days ago how long do u think it will take to see some results and do you think the work out is fine? wut would you add/ remove from it? thanx
