Hey , well there is this boy who I think likes me but I am not sure & I kinda like him and another problem there is another boy who likes me alot and keeps asking me out and I dont like him at all what shouldd i say?

Get a friend to ask the kid if he was any interest in you. If it worked for me it would probally work for you.
Your second problem...
Tell him to lose the idea of going out with you and try not to think about it.If that doesn't work for around 2-3 weeks you have to go to drastic measures.
Go out with him for like a day or an hour and then trash him.
