Umm, well you can try asking a friend who is older than 18 to go to the doctors with you so you can get a prescription for this infection. You can also get some over-the-counter creams too and a pharmacy such as CVS or Walgreens. You should tell your mom but tell her that you have a yeast infection so she can then bring you to the doctors but she doesn't have to come inside with you, since you have a private policy with the doctor and he/she cannot say anything to your mom without your permission. You need to risk your health and it won't ruin your relationship with your mom and boyfriend if you do everything right.
