To lose 10 pounds in 3 months, you need to do three simple things when trying to lose weight; you need to eat healthy, watch what you eat and how much you eat, and exercise daily. Start eating 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones. This will make your metabolism faster and so does eating differently each day. Start drinking lots of water and eat low carb and calorie foods.
