weight loss hey i saw one question someone asked you and you said you had some good diesting books and i was wondering if you could give me a few tips <3 thanks soo much!!!!!!

Sure! Is there anything you particularly want to know?
I'll just go with some basics. In dieting, you want to make sure you DON'T try and starve yourself. That will cause your metablolisim to slow down and sometimes stop, making you not lose any weight at all...
If you can do it, you should try and eat a small breakfast (2 eggs and 1/2 a grapefruit) a mid-morning snack (some greens or carrots) lunch (a small portion of chicken or tuna over lettuce and some veggies) a mid afternoon snack (some veggies or fruit, but try and syat away from sweet fruit, try some berries) and dinner (some chicken or fish and steamed veggies) --please make sure you come up with your own plan because this my be a little to drastic for you)
now those are just some examples so you know what types of food and how much. It all depends on how much you want to lose.
Make sure you drink A LOT of water...i am on a diet right now that says you should drink 100 onces but that may be a little extreme for what you want to do but again, im not sure. You at least need to be drinking around 65 onces. The reason is that when your body doesn't get enough water, it holds on to the water it already has causeing water weight and retention.
Exersise!!! Make sure you are doing at least 30min-1hour of exersise for 3-4 times a week!!
Walking, jogging, biking, eliptical, whatever cardio you can do, you need to do, after you lose the weight you want to lose, you need to start doing weights to tone your muscles and body!
