You have to be more outgoing and you can't be as shy. Easier said then done I know. Maybe getting louder friends would be a start. But really you just have to not care what others have to say. You have to live your own live because you will die your own death. You have to let lose and just do something that you would normally never let your self do. Don't control your actions don't over think things if you want to say something just blurt it out. See how it goes. You just have to have some fun in life and not let the little things get to you. If you have a problem with someone you have to tell them so you can work it out. By keeping things to your self you aren't helping anyone including your self. Everything happens for a reason so even if after doing something stupid you want to take it back don't sweat it. There is a reason for it even if you can't see it at the moment. As you get older you will see that you can't plan everything out. We make plans but most of them get messed up. Take the world trade center they didn’t plan to die that day. Umm yea I can go on for ever but I will stop now. Feel free to ask me anything or to clear up what I have written. Good luck on stuff.
