xXxpinky615xXx answered Sunday February 20 2005, 8:15 pm: 50 Crunches, 50 situps, either at night or in the morning. 3 healthy meals a day, cut down on sugars and fatty foods ie: chips, chocolate, soda, etc. Try replacing all the fatty and sugary goodness with fruits and veggies, you can get coolwhip light for the fruits, and ranch dressing for the veggies. Karen answered Sunday February 20 2005, 8:10 pm: To get abs or tone them, you can do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. If you do them everyday and increase them when you need to, your abs will be toned. Eating healthy and watching what you eat and drink will help too. Hope I helped :)
