first off, im sure your not ugly dont think that hun!.. next , I would write him a note. and just be like so did you think about it yet? do you want to go out with me. Only write him like one note saying that and asking him other wise he may tink you are pushy and pbsessed just be patient, he may need a little time to think about it because he has never had a girlfriend before. and you have had boyfriends, so he might be shy and is afraid to be unexperienced.
