Really stupid people on this site

We really need a filter that keeps people from answering questions saying "I don't know, that sucks"

IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE, DON'T POST AN ANSWER.

Also, people who say "Hope I helped!" Okay, that's not really a problem, just a pet peeve.

I know, I know, not a question, but it really bothers me when people post answers that don't have solutions.

There's a solution for that! Post an intelligent question to the site, and if anybody gives you that "I don't know!" answer, rate them low. It's perfectly allowed... even encouraged!
