my friend has a crash on a boy at school after alot of time the boy had the guts to ask her out to a valentines dance but because of her parents she couln't go! now she is sad that she couldn't go and she really wanted to go!she's asking me all these question what should i tell her that its okay or not give my some advice plz!

You have to be there and give her good advice. Let everything flow from the heart. Since her parents didn't let her go, it's not her fault. And if this boy really likes her, there's going to be other times that they can do something. Tell her not to worry. If it's meant to be, everything will fall into place. Keep being a good friend and always listen and try to help her get over this.
