AdInA answered Monday February 14 2005, 10:57 pm: cutting yourself isn't going to do you any good. it may make you feel better at the moment, but afterwards and usually just makes things worse! let your emotions out in a different way then cutting yourself. let your emotions out in ways that won't hurt you like writing poems about how you are feeling, boxing with a punching bag, and stuff like that! those usually help me when i'm really upset and want to let my emotions out! it isn't bad to let them out, because you can't keep them inside of you because it'll just built up and make them worse. if that doesn't stop you, you will probably have to tell your family and a counselor because they will help you stop.
