if you have a walmart store near where you live .it might be a good place to check for those type of ballons there.

You can get them at flower and balloon shops or at your mall. If you have one of those mini shops in the center of your mall that sell holiday things (I have a few of them in my mall, that's why I mentioned this), then you can get those Valentine's Day balloons with the teddy bears inside of them.
