moderator list page
I know that the moderator list page is in order of level three mods, level twos then level ones but are the level ones in any particular order?

After moderator level, they're sorted by join date, so moderators who've been around longer are near the top. We did this so when we want to promote a level I moderator to level II, we can see who's been with us for the long haul.
