i wanna lose my leg blubber

what are some things i can do to make my thighs not that fat? oh and for my stomach too its kinda really blubbery too i do situps and all i've been doing it for iunno around a week or so but i don't think i'm losing anything.. infact i think i'm gaining? what can i be doing wrong? and how long will it take me to lose my stomach blubber if i do situps and what else can i do to make my stomach tighter? oh and for the thighs i heard lundges or whatever those are are good for losing blubber.. except i don't know what a lundge is.. my english no good.. please help thank you all
